Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Clean The Block.

Because many of our items are sold as pre-orders, we use a monthly batch shipping model rather than shipping orders daily or weekly. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most products sold through our store are offered on a pre-order basis.

This means:

  • Orders are collected over a period of time
  • Products are then produced, packed, and prepared in batches
  • Orders are typically shipped twice per month. 

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your order will be included in the next available monthly shipment cycle after your purchase is processed.

Estimated Shipping Time

Orders placed from the 1st–15th typically ship around the 18th–20th, while orders placed from the 16th through the end of the month typically ship around the 2nd–5th of the following month. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow for:

  • Order collection / pre-order period
  • Production time
  • Packing and fulfillment time
  • Carrier transit time

Estimated shipment and delivery windows are approximate only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supplier or manufacturer issues
  • Inventory shortages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Holidays
  • Address errors entered by the customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, including pre-order and non-pre-order items, we may choose to:

  • Hold the order and ship everything together, or
  • Ship items separately at our discretion

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or similar charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to update it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee any change.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, shipping times and delivery handling are outside our direct control.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but allegedly not received. If your package is missing, please first contact the carrier and then email us at Volunteer@cleantheblock.org.

We may assist with a claim at our discretion, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-marked deliveries.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions, timing, and location will be provided separately. Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe may be canceled, restocked, or subject to additional handling requirements.
